New England offered many plein air opportunities despite the historic '06 Spring rains and floods we endured! Other than a couple of days with friends in Vermont, we hugged the coastline from northern Maine down to the island of Martha's Vineyard. The architecture on the East coast changed as often as the coastal terrain, providing an endless supply of subjects to paint.
